¹ The participants who register in the Basic Sciences partipants category (such as the fields of Immunology, Biology etc) must submit the document from their institutions to Organization Secretariat showing that they are employees of the Basic Sciences. Otherwise, the registration will not be accepted. Participants registered in the relevant category can upload their documents to the system prior to the payment phase of the registration.
² “Registration without Accommodation” package only covers attendance to the scientific sessions, lunches and refreshments during the congress on February 13th to February 16th for 4 days, between 09.00 to 18.00 hours. If the participants (registration without accommodation) ask for benefiting for hotel services after 18.00h, they should pay additional 550 TL + VAT(18%) for hotel services due to hotel serves All-Inclusive concept. The participants who do not book the hotel via Bros Group (Organization Secretariat) have to register as “Registration without Accommodation”.

- Accommodation fee covers all-inclusive accommodation for 4 nights, check-in on February 13th, check-out on February 16th. Accommodatin package shall not be divided.
- “Registration without Accommodation” package only covers attendance to the scientific sessions, lunches and refreshments during the congress on February 13th to February 16th for 4 days, between 09.00 to 18.00 hours. If the participants (registration without accommodation) ask for benefiting for hotel services after 18.00h, they should pay additional 550 TL + VAT(18%) for hotel services due to hotel serves All-Inclusive concept. - All cancellations must be made to the Secretariat by written notice. For cancellations prior to Friday, November 29th, 2019, full refund will be given. For cancellations between November 30th 2019 and January 17th 2020, a refund will be given after deduction of 50% processing fee. After this date no refund will be made, however a substitute delegate may be nominated.
- The transfer fee is valid for arrivals on February 12th 2020 and departures on February 16th 2020. If you asked for transfers other than these days, the one-way transfer fee will be 250 TL + VAT(18%) for one-way transfers.
- No refunds will be made for no-shows, late c/in or early c/out.
- VAT is excluded in the prices.
- In the event of VAT increasing, the resulting increase will be passed on to the client.
