- Presentations will be made by the responsible author.
- The abstracts will be published in the congress book. In case the presenters will not participate in the congress, the notification for their absence will be made to their institutions.
- Presenters will be given 4 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion (6 minutes in total).
- Presentations will be made in Turkish or Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided as well.
- Presentation should be mentioned the aim, method, findings and conclusions.
- Presentation should not be complicated and be supported by visual elements.
- All presentations will be made in accordance with the congress program and will not be changed.
- The digital presentation file (in.ppt file) should be delivered to the rehearsal room at least 1 hour before the start of the session, and should be checked to see if it works.
We kindly remind you that the presentations that have not been presented and belong to non-registered authors, will not be published in the congress book. And please register to the congress by 18 January 2019.
